Services
Here at Blue Essence Healing, we are here to assist those who seek our services. In order to use our website to receive consultations and services, set appointments and make monetary transactions, to Blue Essence Healing, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under the legal age of 18, all inquiries, consultations and services must be initiated and paid for by a parent or legal guardian. All services are confidential.

By scheduling an appointment and with payment made, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth and have made the commitment to uphold the scheduled and paid for session. It is also understood that any healing or mentorship work is subjective and personal to each individual and client. There are no promises made nor are there any guarantees as to what any outcome or result may be as this work is a process and works as a progression of steps and stages. It is understood that client follow-ups will occur to enable the practitioner to observe and inquire about the process and progression the individual is undergoing from any session at any given time. These follow-ups are used as a means to continue to assist, make suggestions, and mentor as necessary, based upon the individual client's own process as she or he moves through this healing and mentoring work.

All healing and mentorship services conducted with Blue Essence Healing will require a Free Consultation prior to scheduling an appointment for a paid service. This ensures that what is being offered fits and resonates with you before moving forward with any paid services to be conducted. All consultations and services will be scheduled through personal contact via this website, phone, text, email, Messenger, or in-person. Blue Essence Healing currently does not use any online scheduler except in the case for any online classes that may be offered.

All services and classes that are conducted remotely must be paid for in advance of the date of service. Once an appointment has been scheduled for a specific service with Blue Essence Healing, an invoice will be emailed showing the selected fee to be paid and the date of service scheduled. A link will be provided and must be used to make an online payment. Once the payment has been made, your session day and time will be locked in. In-Person services may be paid for in person at the time of service or paid in advance through the online payment portal via the link provided in the invoice.

All fees for services will be stated prior to an appointment being scheduled. All online classes must be paid using the payment portal directly on the Blue Essence Healing website for each specific class and time slot, or as a bundle.
Services, classes and their prices are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any services and classes, as well as change the prices for same, at any time without prior notice, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations
Life Happens: To reschedule or cancel your appointment with Blue Essence Healing, we appreciate at least 24 hours advance notice. We understand that there are times when this may be impossible to provide. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. Thank you.

Refunds
It is important to Blue Essence Healing that all clients understand that the outcome to any healing or mentorship service is not absolute nor predictable. It's important to know that the nature of this work is a process that becomes a progression of steps and stages to discovery and healing within oneself. Therefore, there is no guarantee as to what the specific results or outcome may be after any healing or mentorship service is provided. Too, there are no set number of sessions known a head of time that will bring about any desired result or outcome for a client.
It's important that it is understood that due to the nature of the work conducted through Blue Essence Healing, and as outlined above, it is for these reasons that Blue Essence Healing does not provide refunds for services rendered. However, that said, if a particular situation arises for any client, we will be happy to discuss that which is pertinent on an individual basis and come to a mutual agreement of resolution, whether monetary or by some other acceptable means to both parties.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
All content, logos, videos, images, text, fonts, graphics, audio, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Blue Essence Healing, or are in use with permission from Wix.com or Shutterstock. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
Promotional emails and content
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify us at any time and or use the unsubscribe button in any email received.
